WHO WE ARE
Ron started this as a hands-on operation, and it has stayed that way. He is not in a back office reviewing numbers while someone else handles your car. He is on the floor. If you come in for a quote, you’ll likely be talking directly to the person repairing.
Chipmaster Markham has been independently owned and operated since 2009, 16+ years serving this community. At one point, there was a Chipmaster network. We have not been part of it for over 14 years. This location runs on its own, answers to nobody but the customer, and has built its reputation repair by repair right here in Markham. That independence matters. No franchise rules telling us what products to use or how fast to push jobs through. No regional manager with a quota. Just a local shop that needs to get it right because this is our community and these are our neighbours bringing their cars in.

This covers all repair and paint work done at our shop. If something we fixed ever has an issue tied to our workmanship or the materials we used, bring it back. We will make it right. Most shops do not offer this. There is a reason for that. A lifetime guarantee only works if the work holds up, and you can only make that promise if you are confident in how you do things.

A Precise Match for a Seamless Finish
Paint matching is where a lot of auto body shops fall short. Factory colour codes only get you to the original spec your vehicle has; years of sun exposure and wear that a fresh spray straight off the code won’t account for, and the repair ends up visible from the right angle.
Our Chameleon Paint Match Process reads your vehicle’s actual finish, not just the factory code, and calibrates for how the paint has aged. It’s especially important on metallics and pearl finishes, where a mismatch is obvious the moment light hits it, which is exactly where we spend the most time getting it right.
