Returns and Refunds

How to return an item and when you will get your refund.

Returns window

Unused accessories in original, sealed packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items we cannot accept

  • Opened chemicals, for safety reasons
  • Used microfiber, pads and applicators
  • Bulk packs and kits that have been opened

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours with photos on WhatsApp and we will replace the item at no cost.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.
